3MoviesOnline.com ("3MO") provides its Service to you subject to this ToS agreement.
3MO may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these ToS at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes or modifications. Any changes to the ToS will become effective once it is posted on this page. These ToS apply to all users of the 3MO, including users who are also contributors of video content, information, and other materials.

3. Description of Service

3MO provides its materials and other 3rd parties content sites. 3MO is committed to meeting the needs of content providers and helping them to manage publication of their content online through its Service.
3MO does not host any media content on its servers or network, except its production, it is simply a list of embeded codes to content that is available all over the internet on a large range of video hosting sites and broadcasting networks like livestream.com, vids.myspace.com, traileraddict.com, megavideo.com, vimeo.com, dailymotion.com, stagevu.com, video.google.com, youtube.com, vuvox.com and other partners and/or contributed people.
The context between you, as user, and us, 3MO, our members/contributors, partners and staff is that of our providing you with access to the referencing material contained within this site, which is provided on a non commercial basis and is therefore not that of customer and supplier, master and servant.
Content on 3MO is provided to you as information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the consent of the content owners.
3MO members can share their personal content, ideas and knowledge, and keep in contact with each other through the 3MO email system.

4. Video Content

3MO does not host, archive, store, or distribute any of the videos listed on the site and only link to user submitted content that is freely available on the Internet. 3MO is not responsible for any of the content that is linked to from the website. If you find fault with any of the content located on 3rd party servers/sites, please contact them for resolution.
Material may be inappropriately described or subject to restrictions such as copyright, licensing and other limitations, and it is the responsibility of those having access to such material to comply with any and all lawful obligations arising from such material coming into their possession.
Therefore, regarding access to content, all users:
a). warrant that they are 18 years of age or older, and therefore qualified to enter into this ToS either as an individual or as a corporate entity;
b). undertake to comply with the national laws applicable to the country in which they reside and respect the rights inherent in any copyright material whilst upholding the rights of any copyright owner.

5. Limitation of Liability

You need to understand and agree that 3MO shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from:
a). the use or the inability to use the Service;
b). unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
c). statements or conduct of any third party on the Service;
d). inaccuracies, mistakes, or errors of content;
e). any bugs, disfunctions, or the like, which may be transmitted to or though the Service by a third party;
f). any other matter relating to the Service whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal terms.

6. Intellectual Property

3MO respects the rights of others, and prohibits the use of the referenced material for any purpose other than that for which it is intended, where such use is lawful and free of civil liability or other constraint, and in such circumstances where possession of such material may have prejudicial or any other effect on any 3rd party sites.
This site is copyrighted, and all rights are reserved, including those of the proprietors and those of the material regarded to 3MO and/or any 3rd party sites.
You agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3MO, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives against any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to the Service, or violation of the ToS by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

7. Governing Law

3MO and its Services are based in Romania. Therefore, the governing law will be that of Romania. 3MO is under no obligation to follow the laws of another country like the DMCA passed by the United States. However, because 3MO is keen to show it is an entity that can be worked with rather we are prepared to adopt the DMCA protocol so that content owners may request removal of material they believe to infringe their copyright. For any dissatisfaction created the content owners may write us at the email address below.
Content owners must understand that by having a listing removed from 3MO they will not be removing the actual source video from the 3rd party site. Content owners must contact the video hosting site themselves to request removal.
If you are using the Service in any other country, this ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Romania, without regard to conflict of law rules thereof.

8. Quality of Service

For an optimal use 3MO agree Mozilla Firefox platform. 3MO makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any content made available through the Service or the content of any 3rd party sites. 3MO does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any materials embeded, application or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Service or any embeded content or featured in any banner or other ads.
This site does not provide commercial services, and there are no actual or implied guarantees as to the availability of Service or the speed, operation or function of the site.

9. Understanding of Limitations

You agree that relating of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or by use of the Service or the ToS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim and/or cause of action, or be forever barred.
