Review: "Lynch's best film to date is simply a masterpiece. Confusing? Not a bit of it, even if the first two-thirds don't quite make sense. But from the moment Betty 'turns into' Diane everything that came before and which comes afterwards falls into place. Of course, the less you know beforehand the better; that way, the more fun you will have putting the pieces of the jigsaw together.
Performance of the year, too, from Naomi Watts in the pivotal role of Betty/Diane, robbed of an Oscar last year from a too timid Academy.
